This is the recipe most often used as a starter for Shabbat and holidays:

Ingredients :
– a bunch of fresh coriander
– 5 peeled garlic cloves
– 3 red bell peppers, sliced
– 3 sliced tomatoes
– an optional bowl of beans (frozen)
– an optional bowl of artichokes (frozen)
– 1 kg of fresh salmon cut into steaks
Spices Turmeric, salt, paprika, cumin, olive oil (quantities according to your taste)
Preparation :
Sauté the olive oil for a few moments (5 tablespoons or more depending on your diet!) then add the other ingredients, with the spices and cook for 10 minutes then add the salmon steaks, season again to your liking, and add water until it covers the fish, and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens!
Serve with rice or small potatoes if you plan to use it as a main course 🙂

Shabbat Shalom!
