Ingredients:
– 200 grams of dark chocolate
– 50 grams of butter or margarine
– 2 eggs
– Half a cup of sugar
– 2 cups of flour
– Half a packet of baking powder
– a teaspoon of instant coffee
– For the coating: powdered sugar, icing sugar
Preparation:
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in 30-second intervals until completely melted. Mix well to avoid lumps and cool slightly.

Add the sugar, instant coffee, and eggs until well combined. Add the flour and baking powder and mix until a smooth batter forms.

Transfer the dough to the refrigerator for half an hour to make it easier to work with, then make small balls, coat them with icing sugar and arrange them at intervals in a dish with parchment paper.
Bake for about 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius until the cookies pop slightly. Serve with a cup of coffee, enjoy!
A cup corresponds to 250 ml when I mention "cup" in my recipes. Here are two tables that will help you with your conversions if you don't have a cup!
