Chicken kebab-style meatballs
They are prepared in the form of kebabs
The ingredients –
Half a kilo of minced chicken breast
A bunch of chopped parsley
A bouquet of chopped coriander
Large onion, finely chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
Half a cup of matzah crumbs/meal
Egg for the egg yolk coating
Half a teaspoon of salt
A quarter teaspoon of turmeric
A quarter teaspoon of Bharat
The preparation –
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the spices.
Make meatballs in the shape of kebabs
Fry thoroughly
These are perfect and delicious meatballs!
