Oatmeal, hazelnut and chocolate cookies with 35 calories!
35 calories per cookie!!!
Ingredients:
• 60 grams of Sweetango (sugar substitute)
• 30 grams of dark brown sugar (don't give up!)
• 30 grams of honey
• Half a teaspoon of salt
• One teaspoon of vanilla
• Large Egg
• 40 grams of melted butter
• 30 grams of almond/walnut/peanut butter
• 110 grams of white/whole wheat flour
• 50 grams of Quaker oatmeal
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda powder
• One teaspoon of cinnamon
• 20 grams of chopped hazelnuts (or pistachios or any nut you like)
• 60 grams of chopped chocolate (I used milk chocolate)
Preparation method:
• In a bowl, beat together the sweetengo, brown sugar, honey, vanilla salt, egg, almond butter and melted butter.
• Add the dry ingredients – flour, oatmeal, baking soda, cinnamon.
• Add the chopped nuts and the chocolate we like.
• From the dough, we will make 2 rolls with wet hands (wet hands are important because the dough is sticky)
• Place in the freezer for 30 minutes
• I cut each roll into 25 pieces, I got 50 biscuits.
• Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 12 minutes.
• They're so soft and fluffy when they come out of the oven! 😍
They're absolutely crazy!!!
I also write values for the entire dough if you want to divide it further:
• 1750 calories
• 201 carbohydrates
• 40 proteins
• 90% fat
A cup corresponds to 250 ml when I mention "cup" in my recipes. Here are two tables that will help you with your conversions if you don't have a cup!
