Ingredients :
150g of flour
150g of fine semolina
1 tablespoon of baker's yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of oil
200 ml of lukewarm water

Preparation :
Mix the flour, fine semolina, yeast, sugar, and salt. Then add the oil. Finally, add water to obtain a smooth and elastic dough. Knead well and let it rise.
Cover and let it rise for one hour.
Next, press down the dough to remove the air, and knead for another 15 minutes.
Shape into a round like a frying pan, adding a little medium semolina on top. Let your dough rounds rise for 30 minutes on parchment paper.
Butter your hot pan and add a few grains of semolina, then gently place (without the parchment paper) your 1.5cm thick round of dough and cook on both sides with a lid, taking care to oil your pan for both sides.
A cup corresponds to 250 ml when I mention "cup" in my recipes. Here are two tables that will help you with your conversions if you don't have a cup!
