These chocolate balls are simply delicious. After making this recipe, you won't want to use any other!
Quantity: approximately 50 balls
Dosage for one cup: 250 ml
Ingredients:
1 bag of dry biscuits (250 g)
1 cup of milk
50g of butter
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
200g of dark chocolate pieces
1/2 glass of Ribat Halav
1/2 glass of Lotus cream
2 glasses of grated coconut
Preparation:
- In a food processor, grind the biscuits to a sandy texture. Place in a bowl.
- In a small saucepan, combine the milk, butter, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and chocolate. Place over low heat and warm until everything is melted and a smooth mixture is obtained.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuits. Mix well and let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes so the biscuits absorb the chocolate.
- Place in the refrigerator for about half an hour to make shaping into balls easier.
- For the "Coconut" version: Take the mixture out of the refrigerator and create balls of the desired size, then coat your balls in coconut.
- For the Ribat Halav version: Take the mixture out of the refrigerator and create balls of the desired size, then microwave the Ribat Halav, place it in a piping bag and make back-and-forth movements on the balls and add "gold" powder.
- For the Lotus version: Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and form balls of the desired size. Then microwave the Lotus cream, place it in a piping bag, and pipe it back and forth over the balls. Add lotus powder.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
