A few ingredients, a few minutes, and you're done!
150g of eggs, or 3
125g of plain yogurt, or 1 pot
100g of dark baking chocolate
50g of brown sugar
40g of hazelnut powder
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter and lightly flour an 18cm diameter cake tin.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a double boiler.
- In a bowl, whisk together the melted chocolate, plain yogurt, brown sugar, and hazelnut powder. Incorporate the eggs, one at a time.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, checking for doneness with a knife (it should come out clean). Let it cool slightly or completely before serving.
