Whether for dietary reasons or otherwise, we'd all love to find a sugar-free cake. Here's a recipe for sugar-free and gluten-free brownies—with a fudge-like texture, so delicious you won't be able to stop eating them!
Ingredients:
A quarter cup (50 g) of canola oil
100 grams of sugar-free dark chocolate
A quarter of a green "stevia" (or any other sweetener)
2 eggs
Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
Half a cup (60 g) of ground walnuts
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and grease an English cake tin
Melt the chocolate cubes with the oil (in the microwave or in a pan over low heat) and mix until smooth. Cool slightly.
In a whisk, combine the eggs with the sugar. Add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract. Add the ground nuts and mix.
4. Pour into a greased baking tin and bake for about 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry.
