Ingredients :
500g flour
80g of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
Two tablespoons of yeast
270 g of lukewarm water
80 g of sugar
1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
Chocolate sauce:
2 glasses of "Neskuik" style hot chocolate«
1 glass of almond powder
3 tablespoons of water
Preparation :
1 – Dissolve the crumbled yeast in lukewarm water with the sugar and oil and let it rest for 10 minutes.
2 – Next, add the egg, flour, and salt, and knead until you have a smooth dough.
3 – Flour your work surface and place the dough on it without handling it too much. The dough should be slightly sticky, and you only need to flour your hands to be able to handle it.
4 – Form 5 balls
5 – Preheat your oven to 210 degrees
6 – Prepare your thick chocolate sauce by mixing the ingredients by hand – (it shouldn't be too runny, a little less thick than the consistency of the spread) spreadable like Nutella
7 – Let it rest for 30 minutes
7 – Brush with egg yolk and sugar (optional)
8 – Cook for 9 minutes
