A video tells the story of the different types of bread eaten on Shabbat around the world.

One Table, an organization that allows men and women in their twenties and thirties to consider new rituals and build a Jewish community through the Shabbat dinner , has released a new episode in its 12-month video series.

In collaboration with the Jewish Food Society, he highlights three different types of Shabbat bread from around the world, exploring their diverse culinary histories. These include the  dabo , of  kubaneh and challah.

In addition to the visit two-minute video Shabbat bread, OneTable also organized a resource page dedicated to Shabbat tasting, including Shabbat guides« The Memory Dinner »" And "« From generation to generation »resources on mindful eating, blogs and more.

The last  Pew research study  A 2020 survey of American Jews asserted that young Jewish adults are spiritually connected and yearn for community, but not necessarily within institutional walls. OneTable's DIY approach to Shabbat—personalized support, coaching, and online resources to make the ritual personally meaningful, along with financial boosts in the form of "food credits" if cost is a barrier for hosts—allows both host and guest to create customized dinner/community experiences. .
