Ingredients
6 pieces of chicken
1 blonde beer (or more if you like a strong beer taste)
20 cl of soy or almond cream
400g of mushrooms
2 onions
1 dehydrated veal stock or 1 Marakoff stock cube
1 bouquet garni
1 fresh coriander
25 cl of water
Salt
Pepper
1 knob of margarine
Basmati Rice
Preparation :
Sauté the chopped onion and coriander in melted margarine. Add the chicken and brown over high heat. Once the pieces are nicely browned, add the sliced mushrooms.
Deglaze with the beer (pour it all at once into the pan). Add salt, pepper, bouquet garni, and veal stock or Marakoff stock, as well as water (I only add more if there isn't enough stock). .
Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes. Check that the chicken is cooked through.
If it is cooked, add the soy cream. Let it thicken until it reaches a nice consistency.
Taste the seasoning.
Ideal served with basmati rice.
