A recipe for making small bread rolls for Passover
The ingredients:
2 cups of matzah flour
One and a half cups of boiling water
Half a cup of oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
4 whole scrambled eggs
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together except the eggs, then cool slightly.
Add the eggs to the mixture alternately to whisk (possible with a hand mixer).
We will obtain a mixture suitable for making rolls (slightly sticky dough).
Wet your hands and make small loaves of bread.
Place on greased parchment paper in a mold.
Spread the egg yolk mixed with a little water over the bread and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cook at a moderate temperature of 180 degrees
Baking time is approximately 50 minutes or until golden brown. This will depend on your oven.
A cup corresponds to 250 ml when I mention "cup" in my recipes. Here are two tables that will help you with your conversions if you don't have a cup!
