Ingredients:
– 2 cups of white flour
– 2/3 cup of cocoa
– a teaspoon of baking powder
– a teaspoon of baking soda
– a spoonful of cornstarch
– a spoonful of vanilla extract
– 200 grams of melted butter
– half a cup of white sugar
– a cup of brown sugar
– 2 eggs
– 100 grams of milk chocolate pieces
– High-quality white chocolate
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda until well combined. In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Then add the flour mixture and 100 grams of chopped milk chocolate and mix until smooth.
On a sheet of parchment paper, place a round of dough, generously spread white chocolate on top, then add another round of dough. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) until the cookies are ready.
