Les Boules de chocolat israéliennes !

Israeli chocolate balls!

These chocolate balls are simply delicious. After making this recipe, you won't want to use any other!

Quantity: approximately 50 balls
Dosage for one cup: 250 ml

Ingredients:

1 bag of dry biscuits (250 g)

1 cup of milk

50g of butter

4 tablespoons of cocoa powder

4 tablespoons of sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

200g of dark chocolate pieces

Preparation:

  • In a food processor, grind the biscuits to a sandy texture. Place in a bowl.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the milk, butter, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and chocolate. Place over low heat and warm until everything is melted and a smooth mixture is obtained.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuits. Mix well and let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes so the biscuits absorb the chocolate.
  • Refrigerate for about half an hour to make shaping into balls easier.
  • Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and form balls of the desired size. You can coat your balls with coconut, colored candies, ground nuts, ground pistachios, or anything else.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Parve version (without milk and butter):

Ingredients:
1 packet + 1/2 packet of biscuits (approximately 375 g)
1 can of coconut cream - 400 ml (not coconut milk but cream)
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
200 grams of dark chocolate

Preparation:
The same as the previous one!

Variant: You can coat these balls in milk chocolate after melting 200g of milk chocolate with a drizzle of Ribat Halav!
