Enjoy the original Alphah'ores recipe!
For the dough:
225 grams of softened butter
5 egg yolks
150 grams of icing sugar
2 cups of cornstarch
2 cups of flour
1 baking powder
Preparation :
In a mixer with the paddle attachment, mix the butter and sugar until a paste-like texture is achieved, add the egg yolks one at a time, mix in the flour, cornflour, and baking powder, and add slowly until the dough is combined, without overmixing.
Transfer to a container and refrigerate for about an hour.
Remove from the refrigerator and divide in 2
Roll to a thickness of half a centimeter and cut into circles of your chosen diameter, large or small.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the cooled mold in the oven for 10-14 minutes.
Until the cookies change color slightly, but not too much!
Turn half of the biscuits over and generously pour dulce de leche over them, cover with the second biscuit in circular motions until the dulce de leche comes out of the sides and roll in the coconut!
You can also add strawberry jam.
