Did you know? Fish tilapia is an excellent source of vitamin D And B12, two essential nutrients for maternal health And of the fetus. In addition, the omega-3 fatty acid content of tilapia allows for optimal neurological development of the fetus.
So here's an easy and simple recipe for you, emphasizing fresh ingredients! Starting with the fish, which in my opinion must be fresh because of the taste and texture, and of course, tons of vitamins, not forgetting the vegetables and homemade pesto sauce.
In short, a restaurant-quality dish in 10 minutes of work 🤗🤗
The ingredients:
4 to 6 cleaned tilapia fillets
2 cups of halved cherry tomatoes
5 whole cloves of garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
A teaspoon of Atlantic sea salt
For the pesto:
A cup of chopped basil leaves
2 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of nuts
1/4 cup olive oil
A pinch of salt
Preparation:
Place the pesto ingredients, except for the olive oil, in a food processor and blend until finely ground. Add the olive oil and blend for another minute.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Turbo.
Pour the olive oil into a pan and add the garlic cloves, fish, and cherry tomatoes. Spoon a little of the pesto we prepared onto each piece of fish and spread it out.
Place the remaining pesto between the tomatoes and garlic.
Sprinkle with Atlantic sea salt and cover with parchment paper and aluminum foil. Bake for half an hour. Remove the papers and roast for another 10 minutes.
A cup corresponds to 250 ml when I mention "cup" in my recipes. Here are two tables that will help you with your conversions if you don't have a cup!
