This is a recipe I found on the Facebook group: » Let's share our sweet and savory recipes »"by Naomi Ranson. I tried it; it's a bit long in my opinion, but it's worth it! I modified it a little to suit my own style!"
For about twenty biscuits
100g white flour
100g wholemeal flour
80g butter
50g brown sugar
1 egg
3g of baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
200g of grated coconut
Preparation :
Start by mixing the two flours together, add the sugar, salt and yeast and mix again.
Add the softened butter and knead, then add the egg until you have a nice dough.
Spread the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper quite thinly. .
Cut out shapes and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes (this depends on the oven) and let cool.
Then dip the top of the biscuit in melted milk chocolate and coconut and make horizontal lines and waves in the opposite direction (with a fork) to give the impression of real chocolate granola!
A cup corresponds to 250 ml when I mention "cup" in my recipes. Here are two tables that will help you with your conversions if you don't have a cup!
