Here's an ice cream recipe that takes five minutes to prepare and keeps easily for a few weeks in a sealed container in the freezer (although I find it hard to believe it will last a single day 😚 during these summer days)
You can make them in any flavor you want!
Ingredients :
250 grams of liquid fresh cream at 38 %
80 grams of white chocolate mixed with 30 grams of cream
125 grams of mascarpone cheese
80 grams of condensed milk
To add more flavor, you can use any spread (like salted caramel or Nutella) or a bar of white chocolate with salted caramel that you will coarsely grate.
For the crispy coating
200 grams of white chocolate with 40 grams of cocoa butter and coarsely chopped (or not) praline almonds. .
Preparation :
Blend and soften the mascarpone cheese (you can also use a blender). Meanwhile, whip the sweetened sour cream (shamenet metouka) in a mixer until stiff peaks form, then add the softened mascarpone cheese, condensed milk, and melted white chocolate along with the 30g of cream and continue whipping until everything is combined.
Transfer the dough into a mold of your choice (heart shape for example or the special "magnum" mold with stick) and add the treat of your choice (I added a square of white chocolate with salted caramel) and then cover again.
Place in the freezer for at least 7 hours. -After freezing, remove the ice creams and dip them in crispy coating at 40 degrees max !
Add a gold leaf (optional) or something else like chocolate sprinkles before it dries!
