Cooked (boiled) lamb shoulder cannot be eaten on the night of the Seder; it will be kept in the fridge and eaten the next day.
How to prepare it?
Ingredients :
A cooked (boiled) shoulder of lamb
1/2 glass of oil
Salt, pepper, bay leaf, saffron.
500g of small cooking potatoes
500g of green beans
a head of garlic cloves
Preparation :
After cooking the lamb shoulder in water, keep its broth for the Taskia.
Next, place it in a large glass dish placed over the gas stove and brown it with oil, salt, pepper, bay leaf on all sides.
Meanwhile, boil some small potatoes and peel them.
Add the small potatoes, fried in a pan beforehand, along with the lamb shoulder and let it simmer gently.

You can add cooked and sautéed (frozen) green beans alongside chopped garlic, salt and pepper. The beans should remain slightly "al dente". .
