To make a good French baguette, you don't need many ingredients, but the secret to this recipe is a sticky, liquid dough, quite unlike the much more consistent dough used in Challah!

Ingredients :
600 ml of lukewarm water
24g of fresh yeast
750g of flour
Two tablespoons of fine salt
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a Kitchen bowl, with the dough hook, and knead for fifteen minutes, the dough will be very sticky, let it rise in the same container for one hour.

Next, on a floured surface, place your dough, divide it into 4 and make your baguettes; it is better to have a baguette mold and make incisions. .

Sprinkle a little flour on the baguettes (without brushing with eggs like for Challah) and place in a preheated oven at 240° for about 25 minutes.
Prepare your Camembert, because you're in for a treat!
A cup corresponds to 250 ml when I mention "cup" in my recipes. Here are two tables that will help you with your conversions if you don't have a cup!
