These little hazelnut biscuits are so melt-in-your-mouth that I recommend doubling the recipe because you'll love them so much!
•200g of almond flour
•100g of butter or margarine
•60g of icing sugar (I make it myself with sugar in my blender)
•1 sachet of vanilla sugar
•70g of hazelnut powder
•1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Put all the ingredients in your mixer bowl and mix until you get a smooth paste.
You can also make the dough by hand if you don't have a food processor for Passover.
Place the dough in the fridge for an hour before forming balls of approximately 25g. Shape each ball into a half-moon shape and place them on parchment paper.
Bake the biscuits for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Note that you must wait until the biscuits are completely cool before handling them.
A cup corresponds to 250 ml when I mention "cup" in my recipes. Here are two tables that will help you with your conversions if you don't have a cup!
