Ingredients :
▪︎ 420g of flour
▪︎ 120g of icing sugar
▪︎ 1 teaspoon of baking powder
▪︎ 1 pinch of salt
▪︎ 200g of butter or margarine
▪︎ 1 egg plus 1 yolk
▪︎ 3 tbsp of cold water
Chocolate filling:
▪︎150g of dark chocolate
▪︎75g of butter or margarine
▪︎50g of ground hazelnuts
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, then add the ground hazelnuts and fill the center of each circle.
Place all the ingredients in your kitchen bowl and use the paddle attachment. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 millimeters and cut out circles, then place the filling inside. Freeze for 20 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes.
You can also change the filling to jam and sprinkle your cooled cakes with icing sugar.
