A teaspoon of mustard
A teaspoon of honey
4 tablespoons of olive oil
A little white pepper
Salt
1/2 cup sliced blanched almonds
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with the salt, white pepper, honey and mustard.
In a slightly deep dish, spread the blanched almonds.
Soak the pieces of salmon fillet in the mixture of olive oil with honey and mustard for about an hour then add the almonds.
Grease a small Pyrex pan and place our pieces of salmon in it.
Cook the salmon in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked but not dry.
Serve with small sautéed potatoes.
