These simple yet flavorful chocolate muffins reflect his generosity and love for his family. Today, we share his recipe with you—the one that makes children's eyes light up and warms the hearts of adults. A family treat to share without restraint.

Ingredients
- 2 glasses of flour
- 2 glasses of sugar
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon of Nescafé
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 glass of oil
- Grated coconut (optional)
- Almond flour (optional)

Preparation steps
- Pour into a container the flour, sugar, baking powder packets, eggs, Nescafé, cocoa, water and oil.
- Mix all the ingredients together until all the flour residue has disappeared (no need to beat vigorously with a whisk).
- Pour the batter into paper baking cups.
- Bake at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
- The muffin is ready when a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

For an even more indulgent texture, sprinkle your muffins with shredded coconut or almond flour before baking. Store them in an airtight container; they will stay moist for 2 to 3 days.
