We are sharing with you Cyril Lignac's recipe: light waffles, soft inside and deliciously crispy outside.
Ingredients
- 250 g of flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder (10 g)
- 40 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 cl of milk
- 100g of melted butter
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Mix together the flour, baking powder and sugar.
- Add the previously beaten eggs, then mix thoroughly.
- Gradually pour in the milk while stirring with a whisk to avoid the formation of lumps.
- Incorporate the melted butter and a pinch of salt, then mix until a smooth dough is obtained.
- Let the waffle batter rest in the refrigerator for an hour for best results. This will make it less runny.
- Heat your waffle iron, then pour in the batter. Cook the waffles for 3 to 5 minutes.
