Ingredients :
Mix all the ingredients together in the order below (for two or three pies):
500g of flour
2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons of baking powder
125g of sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
250g of softened margarine
1 tablespoon of oil
A pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with the dough hook. Once you have a smooth shortcrust pastry (add a little water if your dough is too stiff), press it into a tart tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) until golden brown (15 to 20 minutes depending on your oven).

For the garnish
200g of walnuts (unsalted)
4 eggs
50g of butter or margarine
175 g of maple syrup or honey
85 g brown sugar or brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Preparing the filling
Keep a few nuts for decoration and roughly chop the rest.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, eggs, sugar, maple syrup and vanilla
Add the chopped nuts and mix well.
Pour the filling over the dough
Decorate the top with coarsely chopped walnuts.
Cook for 35 minutes.,
