That&#039;s precisely why it&#039;s important for me to bring you new spots you may not have been exposed to yet. So, we&#039;ve set out to review the &quot;Golden Burger,&quot; the new burger not to be missed on Hillel Street in the city center. .<\/p>\n<p>Golden Burger opened last month and is still going strong. It can be hard to tell the place is actually doing well, as it&#039;s packed day and night. And no, you won&#039;t see any disappointed faces leaving. The place is owned by the Rothschild Group, which owns several other entertainment venues downtown.<\/p>\n<p>The idea for the hamburger dish developed during Corona, and from a small home business, the group opened a restaurant, with seating, an uncompromising design, and a brand image also achieved at a high level that reflects the quality of the place and what it represents. <\/p>\n<p>The ideal location, which is more or less between the Mahane Yehuda market and the Old City, is the reason why you should take advantage of a trip to and from the city, and satisfy your hunger after a long day in the streets of Jerusalem.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ougasheli.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/telechargement-2021-09-29T135758.661.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"194\" height=\"259\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7543\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As you may have already guessed, the signature dish of the place is the burger. The hamburger consists of a 200-gram patty made with quality ribeye meat, cooked in the sauce we&#039;ll talk about in a moment, and served in a light, charred brioche bun.<\/p>\n<p>You won&#039;t find any vegetables here, nor will you need to add more sauce between bites. The restaurant&#039;s secret sauce is mayonnaise-based and contains between 5 and 10 other secret ingredients that give it its distinctive flavor. The sauce and the roll are a perfect match for the meat and complement it beautifully.<\/p>\n<p>The special sauce that the place has prepared makes each bite better than the last, and it is impossible to try to describe its taste because it is associated with a considerable number of ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Besides the signature sauce, you&#039;ll also find coriander aioli, available in spicy or mild versions, which is also served with the fries. It&#039;s just as good, and the way the meat is served coated in sauce is innovative; I&#039;ve never encountered a burger restaurant that offers such a concept.<\/p>\n<p>You won&#039;t feel like you&#039;re missing out on anything\u2014no lettuce, no pickles, and certainly no ketchup. The fries served with the burger are also well-seasoned and complete the burger experience.<\/p>\n<p>Since the place is still in operation, the additional dishes we tried are still being finalized on the menu. The other dish we sampled was the chicken salad. The chicken itself was excellent, and on a sunny day, alongside a hamburger, the refreshing salad was a perfect match. However, the salad lacked a bit of dressing to bring it all together.<\/p>\n<p>The last dish we tried was the wing platter. The wings were served in the sauce I described earlier. After being delighted with the hamburger, we wondered what could possibly go wrong?<\/p>\n<p>The chicken was excellent, with crispy skin, and the sauce was a perfect match. In this dish, too, the sauce blended seamlessly into the other ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>For vegetarian friends who have stayed with us so far, the place also offers a vegetarian option of course, so you have no excuse not to come.<\/p>\n<p>Bonus 2: In the future, the delivery system should open up and a look at the delivery packages reflects the thinking behind the delivery method, giving the experience almost as if it were in place.<\/p>\n<p>Price :<br \/>\nHamburger meal, fries and drinks \u2013 65 NIS<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ougasheli.com\/en\/product-category\/ougasheli\/\"><em><strong>Visit the Ougasheli Shop <\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A cup corresponds to 250 ml when I mention &quot;cup&quot; in my recipes.
