In Israel, masks have been mandatory in public since last night. Not everyone can afford to buy masks costing between 30 and 60 shekels today, especially considering that before the coronavirus crisis, these same masks, even the most expensive PP3 model, cost 60 shekels less!<\/p>\n

Many people use the same masks even though they know it's not very effective, so we did some research and found that while it's possible, without a 100% guarantee, that these masks can be washed, not all washing methods are suitable. Only dry cleaning is recommended, but even then, not all methods are!<\/p>\n

The best method is to use steam that reaches over 70\u00b0 without over-wetting the mask or damaging the iron that is positioned above the mask.<\/p>\n

To do this, you will need to boil a small amount of water and add another utensil with holes and as soon as the water boils, place one mask after the other with a lid for at least 30 minutes, and let it dry on a clean place then place it in a new plastic bag and store it in a dry place.<\/p>\n
